The Best of Sade

‘The Best of Sade’ is the first greatest hits album by English band Sade, released in October 1994. The daughter of a Nigerian economics lecturer and an English nurse, Sade became one of the most enigmatic stars of the 1980s with her sensuous vocals, jazzily atmospheric songs and striking looks; making her a fashion icon as well as a pop star. The album includes songs from her debut album ‘Diamond Life’ (1984), ‘Promise’ (1985), ‘Stronger Than Pride’ (1988) and Love Deluxe (1992).
